In 1950 Emil Koledin founded the E. Koledin Company with a vision of providing something more than the traditional general construction service offered at the time. Mr. Koledin’s vision was that of a “Master Builder” capable of working with clients to develop their concepts into a realistic, workable design and transform that design into a cost efficient, high quality construction project. As business thrived, with clients including Westinghouse, the E. Koledin Company was incorporated in 1954 and renamed Wesex Corporation.

Today, Wesex Corporation continues its founding vision of providing clients with quality, cost efficient design-build and general construction services.
